We remove every layer of old finish down to bare tile, neutralize and rinse so the new coats bond properly, then lay down four to six coats of high-solids floor finish with proper cure time between each. The result is a deep, even gloss that holds up to Wisconsin salt season and a floor that's easier to maintain for the next year. We schedule after hours or over weekends so your space is back in service by opening.
