Cleaning, maintenance, and parking lots under one roof
Midwest Facility Services Management was started by Jossiel Montillo to solve a problem he kept seeing on commercial properties around Milwaukee: the cleaning company doesn't do repairs, the painter doesn't clean up, and nobody wants to touch the parking lot. Property managers end up coordinating a stack of vendors and chasing a stack of invoices.
We built the company around three divisions that work as one crew. Commercial cleaning covers daily janitorial, restrooms, carpet, hard floors, stripping and waxing, high dusting, pressure washing, and construction clean-up. Facility maintenance handles full unit turns, painting and drywall, general repairs, and common-area refreshes. Parking lot maintenance covers sweeping, sealcoating, line striping, ADA compliance, repairs, and snow plowing.
Every account runs on a written scope with a flat price, a consistent crew, supervisor inspections, and a direct line to the owner. We're based in Milwaukee, we're fully insured, and we serve Greater Milwaukee, Waukesha County, and select accounts in Madison and Green Bay.
